My work

I’ve worked in enterprise technology for over fifteen years. In that time I’ve operated, designed, architected and sold major technology stacks, providing significant value back to the business that I have worked for.

I have made a very successful switch from architecture to pre-sales in the recent years. I am an accomplished public speaker, and take pride in my ability to communicate clearly.

My current role has me leading pre-sales engagements with existing and new customers for Splunk, as well as evangelising to a broader audience within the APAC region.

I’m a recognised thought leader in the APAC Data Security space, regularly creating written and spoken content to customers, partners, prospects and the general market.

Some of my work can be seen below.

ADF Cyber Skills Challenge – Attack Simulation

In late 2023, I wrote and presented on the topic of Attack Simulation to the Australian Defence Force Cyber Skills Association (ADFCSA).

Varonis – Australia’s Cyber-crime Wave

In October 2022, I created, wrote and presented a special edition webinar on Australia’s Cyber-crime wave. I sought access to Varonis CMO Rob Sobers and Varonis SVP David Gibson to co-present.

Varonis – Controlling collaboration chaos

Varonis – A State of Cybercrime

I write, produce and present a regular series for Varonis customers and prospects on the state of cybercrime, focusing on the APAC region. Examples of these can be seen below.

VMworld 2021 – Host

In September 2021, I hosted the Networking and Security segment at VMworld 2021. I discussed automating and securing modern networks at scale, as well as opening and closing the two day event.
